She is survived by: her children, Brian Slattery (Lisa Marie) and Gavin Slattery (Sharon); her grandchildren, Jacqueline Slattery, Christopher Slattery, Angela Slattery, Michael Slattery and Sean Slattery; and her siblings, John, Joseph, Robert Kerby and Andrea Toto. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
