It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramiro A. Neto in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lidia; and his siblings, José Ferreira Neto, Celeste, Maria Antunes and Conceiçaõ Maçarico.

He is survived by: his sons, Victor Neto (Laura) and Paulo Neto (Elsa); his sister Isabel; and his grandchildren, Lucas, Elias, Manual and Lilly.

During Covid he still traveled to Portugal where he received a medal for service during the Colonial Wars and was entitled (O Homem da Guinea).
