He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dolan and Catherine Gerrity; his wife Angela; and his brothers, Willie, Paddy and Richard.
He is survived by: his former spouse Ireland; his daughter Colette; his grandchildren, Brandon and Brooke; and his sister Rose. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Tom's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital of which he was a generous supporter.
