She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierre Chaillou (Rosemary Wissing) and NJ; her husband Walter; her son Matthew Aaron; her grandson Tyler Aaron; and her sister Denise.
She is survived by: her brothers, Richard, Bruce and Robert; and her children, Dave DePaola (Lauren), Ken DePaola (Cathy), Deb Nani (Joe), Cris Lemieux (Rene), Steve DePaola (Sheila), Mike DePaola (Tina) and Nick DePaola (Vanessa). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark & Giordano Funeral Home (2104 Saw Mill River Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the New St. Patrick's Church (137 Moseman Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Sparrow's Nest Charity of the Hudson Valley, a charity that provides meals for people battling cancer in the Hudson Valley. Donations can be made online (http://www.sparrowsnestcharity.org.) or checks should be made to the charity with "In memory of Rosemary DePaola" in the memo line.
