Allen of Ada; his grandmother Sharon Hubbell of Ada; his aunts and uncles, Kevin Page (Vicki), Randy Page (Kim), Jimmy Hubbell (Lara), Patty Allen and Sheila Samraney; his grandparents, John Frederick Hubbell, Benjamin Page, Jr., Joe and Rose Allen; and his uncles, Mike Allen, Stacey Hubbell and Cris Hubbell.
