He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Orr and Hazel Vesta Worrell (Harshe); his sister Marjorie; and his brothers-in-law, Rex Deal and Roy Hatton.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy F. Long; his daughters, Colleen Hefner (Mark) of Lima and Annette McConnaha of LaFayette; his grandchildren, Chet Nickles (Tammie), Shane Nickles, Tyler Wolf (Tarah), Melinda Williams (Jim) and Amanda Hefner (Shilo Clouse); his great grandchildren, Alyssa Heuerman (Garrett), Madison Nickles, Hannah Williams, Rylenn Wolf, Kyle Williams (Emily Buettner), Jacob Williams, Levi Nickles, Hunter Nickles, Caden Nickles and Henry Wolf; his great great grandchildren, Brinlee Heuerman and Briggs Heuerman; and his siblings, Melvin Worrell (Barb) of Forest and Maxine Hatton of Pineville, KY..
Attendance will be restricted at the funeral and visitation based on space to accommodate social distancing requirements.
