He is survived by: his son Christian Bowman of Van Muys; his stepchildren, Shawn Strawser (Jenny) and Kimberly Kanniard (Jeff); his sister Myra Shields (Robert) of Ada; his grandchildren, Alyson, Christopher, Hazel and Brandon; and his stepgrandchildren, Tucker, Sidney and Dane. He is also survived by two greatgrandchildren; and also survived by two nieces, one nephew.
