She was predeceased by: her husband Berdette "Bill" Hower; and her parents, Mary Lou Richards and John Norman Tate. She is survived by: her children, Kip Hower, Terry Hower and Lynn Ward; and her grandchildren, Lori Wigal (Jay), Carrie Fouts (Keith), Troy, Todd and Tory Hower. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
