He was predeceased by: his son David Booth; and his siblings, Bonnie, Irene and Charles. He is survived by: his spouse Alice Booth; his children, Larry Booth (Pam), Mike Booth (Chris) and Suzanna Dubravetz (Frank); his daughter-in-law Judy Booth; and his siblings, Christine, Jack, Billy Ray, Raleigh, Lucille and Betty. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carl's name may be sent to Arlington Memorial Baptist Church or Mulberry Gardens.
