He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Frye Miller and Frank J. Miller Jr.; and his sister Frances Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Debby Bent, Ginny McKelvey and Jeff Miller (Cheryl). He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews and their 5 children.
