She was predeceased by: her father Ken Shaffer. She is survived by: her husband Doug Miller; her mother Mary; her stepchildren, Nicholas (Leslie) and Lauren; her siblings, Mark (Michelle), Robert (Heather), Andrew (Haylee) and Hope Portman (Jamesynn); and her siblings' children, Mariah, Kenny, Aden, Max, Jasper and Kenslee.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Debbie's name to Manchester Community Church, 930 W. Nimisila Road, New Franklin, Ohio 44319.
