He was predeceased by : his father Thomas Constantine. He is survived by : his mother Rita Constantine; his wife Julie Constantine; his daughter Monica Mullis (Brent); his siblings, Mark Constantine (Millie), Marty Constantine (Jodi), Clare Myers (Andrew), Jean Springer (David) and Joan Eakin (Chuck); his grandchildren, Tom Pollack (Annie) and Amanda Pollack; his great grandchild Logan Pollack; and his close friend Tom Pollack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
