He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Murray and Jean Murray; and his sister Mary Rita Klein. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Dennis (Mary), Margaret Atter, Michael (Kimberly), Patrick (Carol), Kathleen Wagner (Kelly) and Colleen Murray; his sons, Paul, Edward (Lauren) and Brian (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Lillian and George. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews; and many other cherished relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Schermesser Eberhardt Funeral Home (600 East Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, OH 44319). A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
