Eileen A. Langan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen A. Langan (Akron, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 4, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James M.; her son Timothy G.; and her brother Thomas W. Moriarty. She is survived by: her children, Jim (Cindie), Anne Tomsic (Tom), Joni Lorber (Joe), Tom (Char), Laura Gaffney (Glenn), John (Barb), Peter (Sherm) and Molly Schierloh (Lee); her daughter-in-law Jeanie Langan; her sister Joan Lauer; and her sister-in-law Claire Moriarty. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Eileen's memory to the Justin T. Rogers Hospice Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd., Akron, OH 44333 (in gratitude for their excellent, compassionate care of Eileen) or the Jesuit Retreat House, 5629 State Rd., Cleveland, OH 44134.
