It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Irene Garritano (Akron, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on September 22, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John Horvath; and her brothers, Lou Bedoch and Joseph Bedoch. She is survived by: her parent Susan Horvath (Kovach); her husband Ralph Garritano; her grandchildren, Melissa Combs, Scott Combs, Bill (Keelyn), Dan (Lisa), Becky, Dylan, Madeline Garritano, Angelia Becker (Tobi), Marc, John, Nick DiAntonio, Blake Ware, Rachel Garritano and Grace Garritano; her great grandchildren, Alei White, Bryce White and Zoe White; her siblings-in-law, Maria Bedoch of Irene Garritano and Mike Garritano (Lois) of Ken Ricker; and her nieces, Susie Staffeld (Ross) and Mary Ann Foster (Mike). She is also survived by married on July 27, 1957, recently celebrated their 61st anniversary; her children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
