He was predeceased by: his brothers, Chick, Dick and Don. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Valerie, Tim (Malinda) and Tracy; and his grandchildren, Jason (Lisa) and Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
