He is survived by: his wife Margaret Louise Bell; his children, Yolanda Lindon (Glenn), Howard Bell II (Monica), Erika Bell, William Christopher Bell and Robert Bell; and his siblings, Sarah Gulley and Kenneth Bell (Tammy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
