He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Russell; and his brother Robert Deem. He is survived by: his parent Beulah Russell; and his sisters, Sharon Lowe (Lester) and Jenny Ritenour (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
