She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey; her children, Bailey, Noah and Adam Bloom; her parents, William Vaill and Susan Vaill; her parent-in-law David; her brothers, Matthew Gonsiewski (Michelle), Nathan Vaill and Seth Vaill; her siblings-in-law, Christine Bloom and Gregory Bloom (Julie); and her grandmother Dolly Patrick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
