He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matheny and Lance Cossin; and also Sandy Cossin. He is survived by: his siblings, Sally Piscazzi (Joe) of Akron, Margaret Callahan (Dave) of Suffield, Marie Dailey of Akron, Julie Falcone (Louie) of Suffield, Ed Matheny (Maureen) of Tallmadge and Lance Cossin (Dee) of Atwater; and his stepmother Carol Matheny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
