He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his children, Joanna, Carla, Samantha, Chase, Angelina, Brentt and Justin; his grandson Braxton; his parents-in-law, Ruth and Bruce; and his brothers, David and Doug (Desiree). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
