We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2021, at the age of 40, Joseph Byrd (Akron, Ohio), born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Joseph, Mary Bauer, Ross Byrd and Dorothy Lynn Bailey. He is survived by : his mother Marilynn Byrd-Postava; his stepfather Walter Postava; his father David Lee Byrd Sr. (Maribel); his son Joseph Ross Byrd Jr.; his brothers, David Lee Byrd Jr. and Phillip Byrd (Jodie); his half-sister Rebecca Byrd; and his close friend Maybell. He is also survived by 4 nieces & 2 nephews, 2 step-sisters.
