He is survived by: his mother Gladys Haines; his wife Gloria; his sons, Chase and Koichi; his stepson Drew; his daughter Kiana; his siblings, Ernest, Jr., Eric and Wynter Haines (Phyllis Walters); and also Jerry. He is also survived by friends, and his extended family.
