She is survived by: her husband Lee; her children, John McClendon (Colette), James McClendon (Marilyn), David McClendon (Elizabeth) and Betty Portis (John); her grandchildren, Michael John, Sean, Rachele, Roslyn, Christopher, Nicole, Cassandra and Tamika; and her friend Ann Jones.
