He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Charles Hicks (Joyce), Ruby Bibby (Charles), Delores Jones (William) and Kimberly Burney (David); and his siblings, Lee Ander, Harvester Hicks, Winnie Durham and Darlene Withers. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and of host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
