Mary L. Meador Obituary
The passing of Mary L. Meador (Akron, Ohio), born in Saint Louis, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Meador; and her parents, Olen James and Dorothy James. She is survived by: her children, Alan Meador of Akron, Eugenia Schexneider (Jeff) of Elizabethtown, KY and Janine Ballard (Jim) of Irving, TX; and her grandchildren, Trevor, Amanda, Kyle and Kaitlyn. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Akron First Assembly of God (1175 W Market St, Akron, OH 44313).
