Mary Thornburg Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2018, at the age of 92, Mary Thornburg (Akron, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Thornburg; her children-in-law, MaryKay Thornburg and Michael Hengle; her sister Annabella Holland; and her niece Deborah Holland.

She is survived by: her parents, Frank Marcant and Lucy Marcant; her children, Mary Caruso (Andre), Marilyn Luzny, Jim Thornburg, Patricia Hengle, John Thornburg (Susan), Robert Thornburg (MaryEllen), Ann Merendino (Paul) and Jeannie Thornburg; her grandchildren, Scott Caruso (De), Lisa Larocca (Bryan), Andrew Caruso (Sarah), Kory Laurene (Joe), Jamie Thornburg (Steve Eckert), Nathan Hengle (Carrie), Jennifer Speanburgh (Brian), Jonathan Hengle, Kristin Thornburg (Oliver Chandler), Alyssa Thornburg, Paul Merendino, Jr (Tabitha Spencer), Lucy Dyer (Matthew) and Tamara Nickol (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Luke, Isaac, Ella, Morgan, Miles, Peyton, Addyson, Abigail, Liam, Lexi, Grace and Mason. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces cousins and friends.
