She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn; her parents, Homer Hook and Margaret Hook; and her brothers, Malcom Hook and Donald Hook.

She is survived by: her children, Beverly Bridger, Duane Hawk (Kris) and Tim Hawk (Cindy); her grandchildren, Nathan Bridger, Angie Stockwell, Jennifer Flora (Kevin), Daniel Hawk (Kathy), Ben Hawk and Abby Hawk; and her sister Dorene Hartong (Dean).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Springfield Church of the Brethren or Crossroads Hospice, 3943 Boettler Oaks Drive, Suite E, Green, Ohio 44685.
