He was predeceased by: his parents, Hyman Kushkin and Hannah Kushkin. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Monte Kushkin (Lori) and Karen Altchouler (Bruce); his grandchildren, Naomi Altchouler, Ariella Altchouler and Aaron Altchouler; his siblings, Alex and Alayne Harris (Jerry); and his mother-in-law Ruth Skeegan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Donations can be made to the Akron Brookpark Veterans Administration or Shaw JCC.
