He is survived by: his parents, Mike Kachurchak and Thelma Kachurchak (Dusz); his wife Kim (Beckett); his sons, Brandon (Kate) and Travis (Sarah); his grandchildren, Lily, Cruz, Chase and Skyler; his sister LaDonna Rosenbaum; and his mother-in-law Janet Beckett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
