He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Justin Brokaw (Felicia); his grandson Sawyer; his mother Barbara McMillen Porter; his siblings, Robert S. McMillen (Pam), Patricia A. Gionti (Dominic) and Melissa McMillen Musser; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Brokaw and Bruce Brokaw. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Pilots for Christ International (Tennessee or Arkansas chapters), Parkway Church of God Building Fund, or Shomair Yisrael Messianic Synagogue.
