He was predeceased by: his wife Karen; and his parents, James and Ann. He is survived by: his son Michael J. Woodard (Annie Campbell); his grandchildren, Baylee Campbell and Ella Campbell; his brothers, Jerry Woodard (Denise) and James K. Woodard Jr.; his cousin Rick Woodard; his stepson Scott Cleary; his parent-in-law John; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Jacobson and Brenda Majestic (Tom). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
