It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nola Woods (Akron, Ohio), born in Hacker Valley, West Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Guy Roosevelt; her husband Edward R. Woods; and her daughter Towana Flowers. She is survived by: her parent Thelma Carpenter Gum; and her children, Marcheta Fox (Bill), Vickie Woods, Denise Heller (Steve), Danny Woods (Mary) and Ned Gum (Linda). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
