He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Marcine; and his grandson Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, David Kapper (Jennifer), Deborah Dodson (Kelly), Jon Kapper (Nancy) and Christopher Kapper (Collen); his grandchildren, Abbie, Alex, Charlie, Hannah, Ben, Frances, Nicole and Kevin; his great grandchild Violet; and his brothers, Dick, Tom and Glenn.
