He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Sue. He is survived by: his grandparents, Charlie Cannady and Ocia Cannady; his wife Barbara; and his children, David (Dianne), Nora Meredith (Doug), Gary (Lori) and Susan Facemire (Ken). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
