He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Foor; his significant other Williams; his wife Lucilla Ledbetter-Fuller; his daughter Kris Monroe (Tim); his stepdaughters, Ashlie Lowther (Patrick) and Lisa Ricci (David); his grandchildren, Benjamin Monroe, Sarah Cosgrove (Jim), Maxwell, Isabelle, Samuel Lowther, Mandy and Jack Ricci; and his siblings, Rella Kern and Donald Prough (Foor). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
