He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Joseph Sr and Kathleen Kasacjak Sr.; and his brother Joseph Kasacjak Jr.. He is survived by: his children, John Horrell (Christina) and Sharon Nagy (Steven); his siblings, Stephen Kasacjak (Mary), Marianne Yackulak (Steven), Dorothy Kasacjak (Michael) and Marjorie Parks (Tom); and his grandchildren, Bethany Wilson (Brandon), Kathleen, Rachel, Stephanie and Troy.
