He is survived by: his wife Doris; his son Steve Minnick (Dawn); his daughter-in-law Debbie Minnick; his grandchildren, Dawn, Michelle, Nicole, Stephanie Davis (Joey) and Charles Minnick (Mandy); and his great grandchildren, Mariah, Madison and Joey, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Lutheran Church in memory of Dale .
