She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel; and her son-in-law David. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Forshey of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Tammy Forshey (Shaun) of Canal Fulton and Daniel Forshey (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Nicole, Tyler, Anthony Forshey, Hailey Parcell and Carl Parcell. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
