He is survived by: his spouse Sally (Rose); his children, Tanya (Erik), Renee (Rick), Stacy (David) and Theodore, III (Jessica); his siblings, Beryl (Karen) and Cheryl (James); and also, Jeff (Lesley) and Lauren (Fred). He is also survived by three nephews, five nieces, many cousins, and friends.
