He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hans and Ida Hans. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Tom Jr. and Ted (Lillian); his sister Christina Schultz (Thomas); and his sisters-in-law, Rebecca "Becky" Holmlund (Bill) and Elizabeth "Liz" Johnson. He is also survived by four grandsons; three granddaughters; one great-grandson.
