She was predeceased by : her husband Jerry; her son Ronnie Chadima; and her siblings, Eleanor, Edna, Carl and Rosalie.

She is survived by : her children, Becky Tellalian (Mike), Jerry Chadima, Lisa Chadima, Julie Andrews (Bob) and Crystal Chadima; her grandchildren, Ronnie (Megan), Michael, Bobby, Joey, Stephanie, Jack, Sairah and Aaron; and her siblings, Wanda, Sandra and Chuck. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
