He is survived by : his wife Shauna Pierce Horvath; his daughters, Melissa Barnes of Albany and Kelly Hayes (Chris) of Ray, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Daniel Barnes (Maddie), Shaylee Barnes, Morgan Barnes, Lincoln Hayes (Allie), River Hayes and Piper Hayes.
