She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Wiggins and Virginia Mayhew Wiggins; her husband Thomas Larry Churchheus Sr.; and her brothers, Sam Wiggins and Tom Wiggins.
She is survived by : her children, Thomas Churchheus Jr. (Betty) of Holiday, FL., Craig Churchheus (Karen) of New Marshfield, John Hedges and Lori Ann Winchell of Albany, Ohio; her sister-in-law Donna Wiggins; her aunt Betty Mayhew; her grandchildren, Chelsey Renee Wagner (Pete), Megan Marie Winchell (Jimmy), Sadie Hedges, Shyanna Churchheus, Rachael Churchheus, Lindsey Robinson, Nikki Blake, Broc Schoonover (Ashley), Shandie Sheets (Bobby), Tashia Schoonover (Chris) and Callie Douglas (Cody); her great grandchildren, Jensen Churchheus and Aubree King; her nephews, Tommy Wiggins Jr., Barry Wiggins, Wade Wiggins and Kelly Wiggins; and her close friends, Darrell, Dian Clark, John, Jill Davidson (Thompson), Ron, Rita Jones, Roger, Dea Hayes, Larry and Beverly Rupe.
