She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Penich and Margetta Huday Penich. She is survived by: her husband John George Titak; her children, Karen Whitaker (Mark) of Alliance, John M. Titak of Lilburn and James Titak (Constance) of Carmel, Ind.; her grandchildren, John "Adam" Titak (Julia), Ashley Titak, Regina Kane (Ben), Richard Parker (Jenny), Christina Kennedy (Adam), Jamie Garcia Alverez (Jesus), John Whitaker (Alexis), Caroline Whitaker and Michael Whitaker; her great grandchildren, Cole, Chloe Parker, Riley, Teagan Kane, Huxley and Emerson Kennedy; her daughter-in-law Rose Sewell Titak; her great grandchild Zach Kane; and her siblings, Mildred Steffens, Mary Krol and Paul Zeleny.
