She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Penny and Clara Jane Penny (Clark); and her siblings, Kenneth Penny (Betty), William C. Penny (Esther), John R. Penny and Catherine Keeler (Richard).
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Mahan of Beloit; her pets, Riley and Ink; and her sister-in-law Wilma Penny of Alliance. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
