She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Waffler and Gladys F. Waffler (Oswalt); her husband Harold Dwaine Conrad; her great grandchild Dominic Anthony Conrad; and her siblings, Marvin D. Waffler and Doris J. Cameron.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Sue Shimer (Robert) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Thomas R. Conrad (Patricia) of Delaware Ohio and Stephen R. Conrad (Kathleen) of Akron; and her sister Dorothy J. Burkhart of Beloit. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aultman Alliance Community Hospital, designated to Community Care Center at 200 E. State St., Alliance, OH 44601.
