She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Casto (Scott) and Norman Casto; and her daughter Rebecca Carter. She is survived by: her children, Debra Gandee, Dolly Lynn, Patricia Lewis, John T. Lewis Jr. (Renee) and David Lewis (Kelli); her siblings, Laura Mae Hartsock, Norman Casto, Elmer Casto, Jimmy Ruble and Sandra Moore; and her aunt Ruth Blackburn. She is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and two great-great granddaughters.
