He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Doc" and Marilyn Barr (Owens); and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Barr (Cowgill); his sons, Randy (Stephanie) of North Benton, Matt (Brenda) and Steve of Alliance; and his grandchildren, Averie, Kaleb, Kaylee, Maddison and Maisie.
