He is survived by: his children, Katie, Brianna Bernhardt and Cody Bernhardt; his sisters, Brenda Bernhardt (Stephan), Kathy Bitaro (Larry), Angel English (Chris) and Debbie DeComposto (Rich); and his stepmother Rose Parshall.
